Sylvia Akaeme is the Senior Partner and Founder of Offley Height Solicitors. With a distinguished career in corporate law, she leads the firm’s Corporate and Commercial Law, Business Recovery and Insolvency, and International Trade and Investment teams. She provides expert legal advisory services in Corporate Governance and Compliance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Corporate Reorganisation, helping businesses navigate complex legal landscapes with precision and strategic foresight. Sylvia is an Associate of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners of Nigeria (BRIPAN), a member of INSOL International, and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Section on Business Law. Chinonso Oji-Ogbonna
Chinonso is a Corporate Partner at Offley Height, Solicitors, bringing a wealth of expertise in dispute resolution and property law. She leads the firm’s Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Property Law teams, providing strategic legal counsel to clients navigating complex disputes and property-related transactions.
